We hope you will join us and find a way to do something that promotes Rainbows of HOPE this spring with friends, family, faith groups, and Reconciling folks in NE!
We hope you can collect some rainbows, share some rainbows or do a Rainbow Event, activity - an Art show at your church, create a rainbow banner etc.
Our Reconciling local group is hoping to stuff a Rainbow Suitcase in April for this summer and fall events to get more Rainbows into our faith communities! We are hoping that folks will want to WEAR the sign of the Rainbow at events to identify ourselves as Rainbow folks who are hoping for fully inclusive faith groups!
We hope to start off the Summer Email Offering with Rainbows of HOPE and if you want to give donations for Rainbows or if you can do an RMN RAINBOW Fundraiser Movie night, Sign up Party or Birthday Lunch for Reconciling that would be GREAT!
You can give to RMN for the NE Statewide Reconciling Network Summer Email offering --instead of giving gifts and cards! The GIFT to your friends is the gift you give to RMN!
We have found the suitcase now and some Rainbow Ribbon for the handle. If you want to help Open Hearts Reconciling Community with Rainbows of hope, just contact Maureen Vetter this spring at mvetter@charter.net -- or bring them April 10 to our next Open Hearts Gathering!
Enjoy planning something for your spring with Rainbows of HOPE in it and find ways to share the symbol of the Rainbow!
Think about a Rainbow sunday, bake sale, basket or more! Do a children's art show, create Rainbow origami cranes, have a Rainbow talent show, Concert or start a Rainbow SS class. Think about a Rainbow SILENT action, Rainbow store, Rainbow photography Show, jewelry, watercolors or knit a rainbow scarf or create a stole -- see you this spring!
